Case Studies
Take a look through some of our recent success stories and case studies, highlighting how we have helped clients across a range of tracing and investigative enquiries. All examples have been anonymised to protect client confidentiality.
Evidential Services
A client approached us after becoming involved in a disputed enforcement matter and requested assistance reviewing the evidence and surrounding circumstances.
The client believed important contextual factors had not been properly considered and required support in preparing material for formal review.
We conducted a detailed assessment of the available documentation, reconstructed the timeline of events and carried out further enquiries to identify relevant supporting information.
Following our findings, a comprehensive evidential report was prepared on the client’s behalf.
After the initial review outcome was unsuccessful, we undertook additional enquiries and secured further supporting evidence to strengthen the submission.
A revised evidence package was subsequently presented, following which the matter was resolved in the client’s favour.

Family Trace
We were instructed by a client seeking assistance locating a long-lost relative on behalf of their family.
The client had already carried out some initial research and was able to provide copies of a birth certificate and marriage certificate. However, they had been unable to identify any further reliable information or current links to the individual.
Using the information provided, we conducted extensive research across a range of databases, historical records and investigative resources to begin building a profile. During the enquiry it became apparent that much of the information dated back to the 1940s, presenting additional challenges due to the age and limited availability of records.
Traditional modern tracing methods, particularly those involving online and social media research, were of limited use in this matter as the individual had virtually no online presence.
Despite these challenges, through detailed research, relationship mapping and investigative analysis, we were able to identify and locate a direct relative of the individual concerned.
We subsequently facilitated contact between the parties, enabling the client to reconnect with their family member.

Workplace Dispute
A client approached us after raising concerns that they had been unfairly treated within their workplace, particularly where other employees involved in similar circumstances had not received the same treatment.
We worked closely with the client to review the matter in detail, collating available evidence and conducting a structured interview to obtain as much relevant information as possible.
The information gathered was carefully assessed, organised and compiled into a comprehensive evidential package for the client to present to their employer as part of the formal review process.
Following consideration of the material provided, the client’s complaint was upheld and the matter was resolved successfully.
